Alex joined SE Capital in 2019 and has been working in mergers and acquisitions since 2013. At SE Capital, he is responsible for business development, thesis development, activities such as originating and evaluating new investments, managing the due diligence process, negotiating financing agreements, and portfolio company monitoring.
Prior to joining SE Capital, Alex was an Associate at Lincoln International in the Global Business Services group. During his time at Lincoln, Alex primarily focused on middle market sell-side mergers and acquisitions, while also supporting buy-side and debt advisory deals. Outside of Business Services, he worked across several other industry groups, including Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), Industrials, Consumer, Healthcare, and Energy, Power & Infrastructure.
Alex earned a BS in Finance and BS in Accountancy, as well as Minor from the Hoeft Technology & Management Program, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |
